Flat Spot

"This wheel was taken off of the racecar driven by Peter Solberg at Catalunya.  During the race, the driveshaft on a wheel locked up and he drove the vehicle seven additional miles, causing this damage. Almost unbelievably, the wheel continued to withstand the forces of racing through the corners and supported the vehicle despite the fact that it could not turn.  This is probably the best example of the incredible strength of quality wheels."

As an aside, my Legacy is equipped with gray 18" Prodrive P1s.  Good to know they'll take me through hell and back, if ever necessary.
